Product Details

Sarracenia psittacina is a distinctive North American pitcher plant known for its low, horizontal pitchers rather than tall upright tubes. These specialized traps lure insects inside, where they are digested naturally. The plant thrives in very bright light, including direct sun, and requires constantly wet, nutrient-poor soil using rainwater or distilled water. It does not need fertilizer and benefits from a cool winter dormancy period.
